For Python, development time is limited. That means you can code in Python 10% of the time you would need in C. And the same thing goes with code length. The Python code is 5-10 times shorter than the same C-code

Having said that, the time to create Python-based programs is much higher compared to C / C ++ programs. The time taken to create a Python code is approximately 34 times the C code. This is where the big problems start with Python in the competitive world.

From my experience, I feel like a third is nothing. The first is more dependent on grammar than on language. Python can help make the process of converting your thoughts into code. But that's about it.

It’s the second point where we have major problems with Python. And that's a big reason why C / C ++ is such a great language for algorithmic problem-solving.

Most forums do not set a different time limit for Python. Even if they set a time limit it is usually a factor of 2 or 3. The troubleshooter is trying to code in one or two languages ​​and Python may be among them. So the time limit is set much closer to the real test.
